Arianna Marcolin Arianna Marcolin holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Bocconi University and a Master’s degree in Comparative Social Policies and Employment Relations from the University of Milan. During her master, she also spent six months at University of Amsterdam within MEST Programme. Her main research interests cover industrial relation, pension systems and the development and implications of Smart Factories.
